Hello all,
I am having a lot of difficulty setting up SwingOSC for SuperCollider on Linux(Ubuntu 7.10). I found lots of resources but nothing is working. Could I get some advice?
I have installed SuperCollider in /usr/local/share/ and I have installed SwingOSC.jar in /usr/local/share/SuperCollider/
I have installed the help (SwingOSC) in the /usr/local/share/SuperCollider/Help/ and the other folder (with all the .sc files) in /usr/local/share/SuperCollider/Extensions/
But when I open and start the GUI I get this:

unitl it crashes with an error: SwingOSC server failed to start
I read that it may be because I have duplicate files somewhere but I cannot find anything. Also I read that I should add the correct path to sclang.sc file (which I had to create myself ?). That didn't work. I am using Java 1.5.0_13-b05. SuperCollider works fine. I just can't use the Help.gui (or scope, document...) which really helps a newbie.
