Total of 20 patients were included in the study. Subjects underwent surgical dis-impaction of mandibular 3rd molars under local anaesthesia. Socket is filled with Platelet rich fibrin prepared by centrifugation of patient’s own blood. The bone regeneration assessed radiographically using orthopentamogram at post-operative interval of 3 weeks, 6 weeks, and 10 weeks.
