Any user can request a project. Once requested a project is reviewed as soon as possible. If approved it will then be queued waiting for assignment to relevant computing staff when effort has been made available. Details on requested, approved and running projects are on the Computing Projects website. You can also request a new project from this site. More information on requesting development effort for a computing project and on the approval and prioritisation process is available on the computing projects page. Taught Course Projects Student projects are managed using the DPMT system, administered by their respective projects coordinators. Examples are the UG4 Honours project and MSc Dissertation. Information for students on project courses is available on the course listing and DPMT websites. Prior to DPMT, projects were managed using the legacy "projects database" tool at projects.inf. This service has now been discontinued.
