Lab Session Webpage for Image Processing Lab Session Webpage for Image Processing ( ECS605U / ECS776P ) Labs We provide the template code (Demo.java) to demonstrate how to read/write/manipulate digital images. Lab 1 : image I/O with the template code (Demo.java). Lab 2 : re-scaling / shifting of pixel values. Lab 3 : arithmetic and Boolean operations. Lab 4 : point processing and bit-plane slicing. Lab 5 : histogram & histogram equalisation. Lab 6 : linear filtering. Lab 7 : order-statistics filtering. Lab 8 : thresholding. Lab 9: Coursework completion. You need put all the programmes for the lab exercises together with the template code (Demo.java). Lab 10-11: Last 2 lab sessions are for assessment of the Coursework Courseworks Coursework description . The schedule for lab demonstrations will be available on the Coursework page. The coursework marks will be available on your landing page 2 weeks after the assessment. The website is developed to supply teaching support for the course Image Processing taught by Dr Pengwei HAO . The website is still under construction! :)
