The first thing to do is to update your devices version of Android to version 5 or above, this should allow your device to accept the newer security certificates. If you are unable to update your devices version of Android then please download and install the following security certificates: QuoVadisRootCA2G3.cer QuoVadisGlobalSSLICAG3.cer Once installed close down the app, and start it up again. All being well it should now work as expected.
