University of New South Wales - - Assessment Coversheet Templates This website All UNSW websites myUNSW your guide to UNSW services and resources Assessment Coversheet Templates At its meeting of 7 August 2007 the Academic Board approved revised assessment coversheets which require students to specifically acknowledge all assistance received and the nature of that assistance, including any assistance received from paid or unpaid tutors. Two templates are provided – the second one is for use when the assessment task is a group assignment. The following declaration should be incorporated into all assessment cover sheets in unaltered form. If necessary, additional text may be provided to students to assist with clarification and to suit the intended context (e.g. take home examinations, laboratory experiments, etc). Students must submit a coversheet for all assessment tasks whether submitted on paper or by electronic means.
