Assignment Submission 
To prove successful submission, please take a screenshot and keep it by 
yourself. 
 
We accept electronic submissions only. The submission system will be 
immediately closed after the deadline. You can submit your assignment in 
one of the following ways (we take assignment 1 as an example): 
1. Linux CUI 
a). Login to your CSE computer 
b). Ensure that you are in the directory containing the files to be submitted 
 
c). Type “give cs9313 WordAvgLen1.java WordAvgLen2.java” 
 
d). The system will tell you whether your submission is accepted when you 
submit your assignment. You just need to type “yes” for the questions met 
in this step.  
If you submit successfully, the output is as follows (remember to take a 
screenshot): 
 
 
e). Note: If you submit your assignment more than once, the last 
submission will replace the previous one! 
2. Web UI of Give System 
You can submit your assignment online by visit the following link: 
https://cgi.cse.unsw.edu.au/~give/Student/give.php 
a). Login and search for the assignment 
 
b). Select an assignment and submit your files. The requirements of the file 
are listed on the top right. 
 
c). If you submit your assignment successfully, you will get the output as 
follows (remember to take a screenshot):
